Help Prevent Suicide – support The 3Ts (Turn the Tide of Suicide)

SPAR Charity of the Year, The 3ts is a registered charity (Reg No. CHY15710) founded in 2003 to raise awareness of the issue of Suicide in Ireland and to raise funds to help prevent future suicide deaths through research, intervention & support.

Over 600 people die by suicide in Ireland every week, that’s a staggering 10-12 deaths every week. The 3ts finance a variety of crucial research, prevention and intervention programmes. Cutting edge research programmes provide vital new information on suicide which it is hoped will help inform future suicide prevention strategies and help reduce numbers dying by suicide. The 1Life Suicide Helpline (Freephone 1-800-24-7-100) was launched in 2009 and is a joint venture partnership between The 3ts and Console. 1Life is Ireland’s only 24 hour dedicated suicide intervention helpline and is saving lives everyday.

We thank you for your support which enables The 3ts to continue its Suicide Prevention Programme.
